Constellation Seller Copilot
Constellation Seller Copilot connects your Amazon seller account to your own AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT. It watches your account health every day, answers questions about listings, prices, orders, FBA stock, fees and Brand Analytics, and prepares changes for you to approve. Nothing in your account changes until you confirm it.
It is built for professional sellers and brand owners who run their store on Amazon Seller Central in Europe, the UK and North America.

What Seller Copilot does
Each module uses one area of Amazon's Selling Partner API. The label on each card shows the access it needs.
Account Health Watch
- Daily snapshot of your Account Health dashboard from the seller performance report: Account Health Rating, order defect rate, late shipment rate, pre-fulfilment cancellation rate, valid tracking rate and on-time delivery.
- Policy compliance at a glance: listing policy, product safety, authenticity, intellectual property and review policy violations.
- Alerts when Amazon changes your account status between Normal, At Risk and Deactivated.
- New one to three star seller feedback, so you can respond while it still matters.
Listings and catalog
- Find suppressed, inactive and incomplete listings and the exact issue Amazon reports for each one.
- Read catalog data, variation families and product attributes.
- Update titles, bullet points and attributes after you approve the exact change.
- Estimate Amazon fees for a product before you list it.
Prices and offers
- See your current prices, sale prices and competing offers for your ASINs.
- Spot listings priced below cost after fees.
- Change a price after you approve the new value.
Orders and sales
- Order counts, units, revenue and order status by day, product and marketplace.
- Sales and traffic by ASIN: sessions, page views and conversion.
- Order data without buyer names or addresses. The app does not request access to customer personal data.
FBA stock
- FBA inventory by SKU and country, inventory age and days of supply.
- Stranded inventory and the listing problem behind it.
- Amazon's restock recommendations and 30 days of stock movement.
- Prepare inbound shipment plans for you to review and confirm.
AWD stock
- Inventory held in Amazon Warehousing and Distribution by SKU.
- Status of inbound AWD shipments.
Fees and finances
- Settlements, Amazon fees, refunds, promotions and reimbursements.
- Profit per SKU after Amazon fees, using the costs you provide.
Search and brand analytics
For brand owners enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry:
- Search Query Performance for your brand: impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases for each search query.
- Top search terms with click share and conversion share.
- Repeat purchase and market basket reports for your products.
Brand Analytics data is shown only to the brand owner who authorised the app. It is never combined across sellers, shared, sold or used for anyone else.
How it works
From authorisation to your first answer
- Request access. Tell us your store name and marketplaces through the contact details below. We reply within 2 business days.
- Authorise in Seller Central. You approve Seller Copilot through Amazon's own authorisation page. You never share your Seller Central password with us, and you can revoke access at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.
- Connect your AI assistant. We give you a private connection address and a personal key. You add it to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Ask and approve. Ask about account health, stock, prices or sales in plain language. When a change is needed, the assistant shows you the exact change and makes it only after you confirm. Every request is logged with the user who made it and the time.

Included in Account Health Protection
Seller Copilot is included at no extra cost in our Account Health Protection plans, which start at €1,300 per month and add a dedicated account manager and responses to Amazon performance notifications.
Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Your own AI assistant subscription, for example Claude or ChatGPT, is paid separately to its provider.
Data & security
How we handle your Amazon data

| What do you access? | Only the areas listed under Features. We do not request Amazon's restricted roles, so the app has no access to buyer names, addresses or other customer personal data. |
| Where is data stored? | On Amazon Web Services in the European Union. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses TLS. |
| Who can see it? | You, the users you invite, and the Constellation Engineering staff who support your account. Staff access uses individual accounts with multi-factor authentication. |
| Does my AI assistant see it? | Your assistant receives the data it requests to answer your question, under your own account with that provider. We recommend turning off model training in your assistant's settings. |
| Do you sell or share it? | No. We do not sell Amazon data, use it for advertising, combine it across sellers or use it to train AI models. |
| How long do you keep it? | Only as long as needed to run the service for you. When you disconnect, we delete your Amazon data and tokens within 30 days. |
| What if something goes wrong? | Suspected security incidents are contained and reported to you and to Amazon within 24 hours of detection. |
